Our Story
DGWalaa began inside a single neighbourhood restaurant that struggled with peak-hour chaos, order mistakes, and staff shortages. A small internal tool for QR-based ordering quickly reduced wait times and improved table turn. Other restaurant owners started asking for the same system, and DGWalaa grew into a dedicated product.

The mission is to give every restaurant—regardless of size—the same level of operational clarity that large chains get from expensive custom systems. DGWalaa focuses on clear menus, accurate orders, real-time availability, and a smooth guest experience that feels native on mobile devices.
How We Work With Restaurants
Implementation is kept intentionally simple. Restaurants can start with a single location, basic menu, and a few QR codes. As they grow, they can add table-level tracking, branches, advanced analytics, and integrations. The team works closely with early customers to shape features around real workflows, not abstract assumptions.
